When we used Creative Commons to find copy-right free music, we went onto websites such as Soundcloud and Jamendo to find music suitable for our teen film.
We found Soundcloud very easy to use as it gave us loads of possible music choices which were free to download, and all we had to do was type in a key word into the search engine.
Some possible music choices we found from Soundcloud were:
Keith Kenniff - Carry On,
Hyde - Free Instruments,
Summer Indie Rock and
Mint Julep - Tame. These were both indie style music and had a good feel to accompany the beginning of our opening as it created a calm school atmosphere.
Overall we felt that Sound Cloud was much easier to use rather than Jamendo as it had more music choices which were free to download, it also had an easily assessible layout which we found appealing. These four choices of music are ones we definitely think we can use in our teen film.
